The role

  • Accurately document and categorize financial transactions (Data Entry & Bookkeeping) using the GnuCash system

  • Manage accounts payable documents and processes along with the Accounting Manager

  • Prepare and submit documents, contact third parties or government agencies as needed, and stay informed about local laws, regulations, Prakas, and etc

  • Deliver and receive important documents from third parties and government

  • Assist with preparing and submitting tax returns in compliance with local regulations

  • Support filing and submission of NSSF documents, including those related to occupation, health, and pension schemes

  • Assist with employee declarations and work permit processes with the Ministry of Labor & Vocational Training

  • Handle employee leave requests and attendance tracking, update company systems (ERP, calendar, etc.), respond to related queries, and maintain HR databases (employees, contractors, leaves, insurances, suppliers, assets, etc.) while generating monthly attendance reports

  • Perform the benchmarking, negotiation, purchase and records of company assets (equipment, furniture…) and office supplies

  • Maintain constant tracking of office supplies stocks and place orders when needed

  • Ensure clean, tidy and functional office environment and employee’s wellbeing by identifying and tracking problems, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to find adequate solutions (repairs, cleanings, maintenance, organization, etc.)

You should be a talented, outgoing and enthusiastic professional with enough experience to hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have a can-do and trustworthy attitude, passion for office administration, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field

Up to 2 years of professional experience for entry-level positions

Interest in office and business administration

Outgoing personally with can-do and trustworthy attitude is a must

Stellar organizational and task management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

Very high attention to details

Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment

Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to search information on the internet in an autonomous manner
