The role

  • Design test scenarios, setup continuous testing, run test and ensure positive test results before deployment

  • Review specifications and technical design documents to ensure timely and qualitative deliveries

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

  • Help design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools

  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Ideal profile

You must be a talented, passionate Software Quality Assurance Engineer with sufficient experience to work in an efficient and agile way. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, a passion for digital products and technologies, a good level of knowledge about software technologies and will be able to build skills quickly:

Software Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in IT or related technical fields

1 to 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance/ software development, across diverse application areas and technologies with a proven track record of successful client deliveries

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Experience and knowledge with web and mobile application development

Experience with designing test plans and scripts and with automated (optional) and manual testing

Experience integrating testing into continuous testing pipeline would be a plus

Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment

Great motivation and ability to rapidly develop skills and take on major responsibilities
