The role

  • Plan sales strategy with listing and profiling of targets, and implementation of an approach strategy.

  • Actively prospect according to the defined sales strategy, making contact with decision-makers and key people to establish a relationship of trust and understand their potential needs.

  • Organize and prioritize generated leads and initial diff meetings by proposing an Okoone tech team to meet their needs.

  • Monitor the relationships established with prospects and continue to keep Okoone visible for their imminent and future needs.

  • Assist in the contractual set-up and follow-up of prospects-turned-customers in collaboration with our VP Customer Success team.

  • Organize a monthly report of contacts, leads and customers in the pipeline for continuous improvement of sales initiatives

Ideal profile

You must be a versatile, detail-oriented Business Developer or Business Engineer. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for the digital world and a desire to build an international career:

University degree in business or IT

1 to 4 years’ professional experience in sales or business development in the tech sector

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Good technical acumen and ability to understand web/mobile technologies with an interest in digital products in general.

Good understanding of web / mobile / ERP application development methodologies in Agile mode.

Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment.

Great motivation and ability to rapidly develop skills and take on major responsibilities
